How It Works - Our Solution

Preventa bundles standardized protocols, navigator training, and a two-way communication system connecting LTC staff and hospitals. Academic partnerships enable e-learning, in-person training, and monthly skill refreshers. A triage system will be layered in as costs allow, making the model scalable, hands-on, and sustainable for LTC facilities.

The Preventa Advantage
Care Connection
Preventa is the key connector between LTC facilities and hospital systems. In a fragmented market with no standard protocols and many owners, we provide an efficient, unified system with real solutions. Our bundled model integrates protocols, navigator training, communication tools, and education into a single turnkey offering.
Intellectual Property
Our proprietary workflows, navigator training curricula, communication protocols, and planned triage algorithms and EMR integration tools are protectable. Trademark for “Preventa Health Solutions” is in progress, with future patents expected on algorithmic decision paths.
Regulatory Compliance
We comply with CMS, HIPAA, LTC licensure, and state healthcare regulations. Because we focus on protocols, communication, training, and education rather than medical devices, no FDA clearance is required, speeding adoption with lower regulatory burden.
